Part of the DNA at Manoa is the importance we place on ruling elders (RE) and deacons—laypersons—in the life of the church. Exercising all the gifts the Holy Spirit has given us, we seek to empower and equip all “the saints for the work of ministry” (Ephesian 5:12). Our elders and deacons, together with our *staff, aim to strategically mobilize the entire congregation to fulfill our mission together.
